Beantown Studios  is located in Lowell, MA and offers a unique shooting experience unlike any other sound stage studio in Massachusetts.  By creating new set designs every few months we offer our guests unique looks that are also customizable at no additional cost.  Each rental also comes with our entire lighting equipment and access to all our furniture and props located inside the sound stage.  For more information or booking please contact Seng at [email protected]

We present our current set designs. Spring 2023. Just like we did throughout all of 2022, new set designs will be introduced throughout all of 2023. Sound stage rentals can be scheduled on Sundays through Saturday.
Our hourly rate of $180/hr.

 Mini Art House Cinema Theatre
 Our 100" 16x9 cinema screen. Spacious seating for 20 people. 2 large 12" powered loudspeakers connected to a mixing board. Chromecast provided for streaming videos or connect your own computer/device via HDMI cable. Additional amenities include 2 restrooms, mini café and lounge area. 

Conference Style Table
Our 6'x8.5' conference style table set up is ideal for Script Table Reads or Team Meetings. Utilize our 100" projector screen to mirror what's on your laptop. 

Mini Art House Cinema Theatre and Conference Style Table offers a unique range to fit your needs. You may schedule for this type of setup on Mondays through Thursdays.
